Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc. is a Florida corporation and a Florida-licensed Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).  Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc. is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Enrollment in Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc. depends on contract renewal.
